How it works…
The following guide specifies the sequence of events that will define our collaborative web design / site publication process…

  1. When you contact us for free initial consultation, we will work with you collaboratively to understand exactly how you envision your site:
    1. How it will look, including banners, borders, backgrounds and fonts (e.g., serif / sans serif).
    2. How it will be structured (number and organization of pages and their content).
    3. How it will function (links, bookmarks, etc.).
    4. Its goal (what it is to achieve).
  2. We will provide a copy of our exclusive Web Site Owner’s Manual, which includes:
    1. Web Tutorial — packed with important information about effective site operation.
    2. Web Site Setup Instructions — detailed instructions for setting up your site by registering a domain name and obtaining reliable hosting services in one affordable bundle.
    3. Client Information Form — an easy click–and–type form for giving us your contact / billing information, your web site structure and design preferences and (optionally) your domain name registration / hosting services assistance authorization.
  3. We will provide a detailed site design proposal and price estimate of our fees to complete the initial design and publication of your site.
  4. We will ask you to submit the text and any graphics (e.g., photos, logos or other illustrations, etc.) and link content for your site.
  5. We will inititate development of your site immediately upon completion of domain name registration, hosting service arrangements, receipt of your acceptance of our proposal and receipt of your payment of 50% of the price estimate.
  6. Immediately upon publication of your site, we will:
    1. Notify you that the initial design and publication have been completed. and ask you to review them at your web site and advise us of any changes that you may want. At this juncture, we will offer free:
      1. Corrections of any errors that we may have made.
      2. Up to one hour (a $60 value) of graphic design revision.
      3. Up to one half hour (a $30 value) of text additions and revisions.
      4. Up to one half hour (a $30 value) of link additions.
    2. Bill you for the balance due for all work completed, payable within 15 days.
  7. Thereafter, we will provide maintenance (i.e., updates):
    1. On an as–needed basis — no service contract required!
    2. At our standard discount fee rate (see above) or free for all work requiring five or fewer minutes to complete.
