Version History…


Version 2.0 — a major upgrade that:

  • Updated Landlord’s user interface to enhance its:
    • Organization and integration of its components.
    • Overall design with a more subtle appearance.
  • Added the capability of signing Landlord’s forms before printing with SoftSign™ Personal Signature Fonts.
  • Updated and enhanced the User Manual to balance its technical focus with a practical emphasis on strategies for using Landlord’s in practice.


Version 1.0 — initial release of Landlord as an affordable, customizable, automated PDF file containing both tutorial information and a set of attractively designed, interactive property account, tenant account and general office management tools and forms.

  • Version 1.1 — a service update that introduced the following changes and features:
    • Enhanced the Landlord Setup interface to include user options to:
      • Add design accents to Landlord’s forms in any of seven colors.
      • Include additional contact information, such as web site, to Landlord’s business cards.
    • Added a non–printing envelope outline and printing instructions to Landlord’s Envelope form pages and repositioned the address field for better page balance.
